Refund Policy for Hibroker CRM Software Subscription

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new CRM software subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within this period, you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be made within the specified guarantee period from the date of initial subscription purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer sales team at sales@hibroker.in.
Please provide your subscription details, reason from your registered subscription email for the refund request, and any other relevant information that may assist us in processing your request promptly.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only to the fees paid for the current subscription period. Fees for previous subscription periods are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the subscription purchase.
Processing of refunds may take 20 days to complete, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

Refusal of Refund

Hibroker reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it is made outside of the specified guarantee period or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
We may also decline refund requests if there is evidence of misuse of our CRM software or violation of our terms of service.

Cancellation of Subscription

Upon approval of a refund request, your CRM software subscription will be canceled, and access to our services will be terminated accordingly.

Changes to Refund Policy

Hibroker reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers via email.
